Selection process

Choice of the best candidates >>

We make a preselection based on competency and specialisation need. This preselection is made via CV screening, personal talks and an assessment. After this selection we draw up a report and discuss this with you, the client.

Interview

Between you and the candidate >>

The profile and the report of the selected candidate are offered to you. In case of mutual conviction, a Skype interview takes place and –if so desired- also a personal meeting between the candidate and you.

Match

Contract negotiation >>

The job requirements and terms of employments are right and the contracts are signed. We accompany the developers to the Netherlands. If so desired, we also see to accommodation and transport.

Cultural programme

We offer all placed developers a cultural programme to get to know the Netherlands quickly.
