Nearshoring vs Onshoring
Our consultants involve the developer with the right specialisation in the right phase of the chosen project. This way, your organisation benefits from our high level of service. The selection of the right developer for your project goes as follows: it is first determined whether the business solution is right for ‘Nearshoring’, where our specialists work on your assignment outside your organisation, or is right for ‘Onshoring’, where our specialists develop the IT project at your location.
We select and guide the developers on the basis of your competency and specialisation need. During the assignment they work from their workplace in their homeland where they are guided by our project managers. There is frequent contact between client, project manager and developer. We work with developers in Europe, so there are no time differences.
We share your assignment with our team abroad. They are used to working in a remote environment according to the Scrum method. We make a selection of the right candidates on the basis of the competency and the specialisation requirement. This is done through talks, tests and assessments of ‘soft and hard skills’.
The profile of the selected candidate is offered. In case of mutual conviction, a Skype talk is organised and, if required, a personal meeting takes place.
The assignment conditions are right and the developer(s) can start.
During the assignment we stay in contact with you, the client.
